The musical is independently inspired by Alexandr Dumas novel La Dame Aux Camelias. The attractive plot takes place in high society of luxurious Parisian salons. It tells the story of a famous chanson singer, a lover of a German general, who falls in love with a young musician involved in rebellious upheaval.
