Welcome to the theatrical archive of the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre. Here you may find information about productions that have been staged since the foundation of the theatre in 1919, including dates of premieres and production teams, that refine and complement previous repertoires published in theatrical anthologies released on the occasion of the 50th, 60th, 70th, 80th and the 90th anniversary of the foundation.
The name Antonín Dvořák Theatre has been held by the Municipal Theatre building since 1990. The theatre is a home scene of opera, drama and ballet ensembles of Moravian-Silesian Theatre. Its auditorium accommodates 517 persons.
JIŘÍ MYRON THEATRE
Jiří Myron Theatre ranks among the biggest theatres in the Czech republic. It is a home scene of musical ensemble and drama and ballet ensembles perform there, too. Its auditorium accommodates 623 persons.
THEATRE „12“
Theatre "12" is a chamber scene of Moravian-Silesian Theatre which is located at Čs. legií Street No. 12 in Ostrava. It is a venue for activities and other experimental theatrical projects at the intersection of genres. Its auditorium accommodates 60 people.
