Tibor Perthel was born in Luxembourg. He began his dance training from 2012 to 2014 at the Ballettschule der Deutschen Oper am Rhein in Germany, and from 2018 to 2023 completed his studies at The School of the Hamburg Ballet John Neumeier. During his training, he twice took part in the Ballett Dortmund Summer Intensive (2017 and 2020).
In the 2023/2024 season, he was engaged with Hamburg Ballet in Germany. From 2024 to 2026, he was a member of the ballet company of Staatstheater Cottbus, where his roles included the Prince in The Nutcracker, choreographed by Giorgio Madia.
In 2020, he received a scholarship from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation’s programme supporting young artists in Hamburg.
Since the 2026/2027 season, Tibor Perthel has been a member of NDM Ballet as corps de ballet with soloist obligations.
