Jorge Grau was born in Valencia, Spain. He trained in dance at the Conservatorio Profesional de Danza de Valencia, where he studied from 2014 to 2024. From 2024 to 2026, he continued his studies at the Accademia Teatro alla Scala in Milan. During his studies, he performed in choreographies by Frédéric Olivieri, Mauro Bigonzetti, Shahar Binyamini, and Mario Pistoni.
In 2026, he appeared with the Teatro alla Scala company in Milan in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, choreographed by Christopher Wheeldon.
Since the 2026/2027 season, Jorge Grau has been a permanent guest artist with NDM Ballet.
