Born in Athens, Greece, Nefeli studied at the Vasiliki Marouli Dance School from 2013 to 2021 before continuing her training at the Ballet Academy of the Vienna State Opera (2021–2023). From 2023 to 2025, Nefeli danced with the Junior Company of the Vienna State Opera and also had the opportunity to perform with the Vienna State Ballet under the artistic direction of Martin Schläpfer.
Her repertoire there included Études by Harald Lander (performed at the 2024 Nureyev Gala), Rudolf Nureyev’s Swan Lake, George Balanchine’s Symphony in C, and Pierre Lacotte’s Coppélia.
Since the 2025/2026 season, she has been engaged as a permanent guest artist with NDM Ballet.
