Diede was born in the municipality of Blaricum in the Dutch province of North Holland. From 2016 to 2021, Diede studied at Gerrit van der Veen College (VWO) in Amsterdam. At the same time, between 2014 and 2021, she attended the preliminary course at the prestigious Dutch National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam. She has been studying artistic degree as of 2021.
During her studies, Diede has participated in several training classes, workshops, and dance courses, e.g., the Royal Ballet Summer School in London. In 2020, she received a scholarship from Dansersfonds'79—a major Dutch dance teaching institution founded by Han Ebbelaar and Alexandra Radius who have been its patrons until this day. Diede has been given the opportunity to undertake an internship with the Dutch National Ballet (in December 2021 and between September 2022 and January 2023).
She also deepened her dance experience by collaborating inside the Assemblée Internationale 2023 creative lab in Toronto, Canada, where she worked with renowned choreographers and coaches to create the choreography for The Gathering. Diede participated in a school dance project with choreographer Goy Montero as part of the Prix de Lausanne international competition held in Toronto that year.
