Joyce Cuoco
She was born in Boston and got dance training at the Balanchine School of American Ballet in New York. At the age of 13, her extraordinary talent gained her popularity through the American television show called The Miracle child. The famous John Cranko engaged her as a solo dancer in Stuttgart, where he created many solo roles for her. After Cranko’s death, Cuoco decided for a change in her professional career and travelled to Munich, where she became the first soloist of the Bayern State Opera. Here she met with Youri Vàmos and Erich Waltr. Cuoco was engaged in many great roles during the choreography era of Youri Vàmos at the Bayern State Opera. Cuoco also played guest roles in many other inscenations across Germany and abroad. At present she works as the assistant of choreography to Youri Vàmos.
