Studied scenography in the years 1997-2003 at the JAMU in Brno. He has more than 100 realizations of stage and costume sets throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is a permanent collaborator of Jan Mikulášek, he met the director Martin Františák, Daniel Špinar, Michal Dočekal, J.A. Pitínský, Martin Glaser and others.

His home stage is Na zábradlí theater, where since 2013 he has been working in a creative team with Jan Mikulášek, Dora Viceníková and Petr Štědron.

He was nominated nine times for the Alfred Radok Award and the Theater Critics Award in the category of scenography of the year, twice (Požitkáři, 2014 and Mýcení, 2018, both at the Na zábradlí theater) won. He was twice nominated for the Czech Lion Film Award for Best Costume Design.
