Set in 1904, Carl Gustav Jung works as clinical psychologist in Burghölzli  in Switzerland. He is turning thirty, his wife Emma is expecting their first child and his career is just starting. At that time, a Russian-Jewish girl Saina Spielreinová who suffers from hysteria becomes his patient and he decudes to cure her with psychoanalysis. The relationship between the doctor and the patient deepens so much that they start having an intimate affair. Sigmund Freud hears about Jung’s medical success and he become interested in him, but later he finds out about Jung’s ethical lapse. The story about meeting and split of the founders of psychoanalysis which turns around a woman. Inspired by a true story.
