Sachiya was born in Yokohama, Japan. He received his dance training in his native country, and from 2020 to 2023, continued at the Ballettschule Theater Basel, Switzerland. During his studies, Sachiya worked with the Ballet at Theater Basel. He danced in The Nutcracker choreographed by François Petita as well as in choreographies by internationally acclaimed Heinz Spoerli and Craig Davidson.
He has participated in and won numerous international competitions, including 2nd prize at the Youth America Grand Prix 2020 in New York. Sachiya is also a finalist in the Prix de Lausanne 2022 international competition.
