A poetic drama by the most famous Norwegian playwright and founder of modern drama will be introduced in our theatre for the first time! Young Peer tries to escape from everyday problems to a world of imagination where he can become everything he wishes – a hero, a general, or an emperor.  Who is he really? He doesn’t overcome life obstacles, but he tries to get around them and he left behind things that trouble him. Fjords and troll caves take turns at arid deserts and rough sea. How far must one escape to realize that there’s nothing left?
