Edgar was born in Valencia, Spain, where he received his dance training at the Conservatorio Profesional de Dansa in Valencia between 2012 and 2021. In 2023, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Dutch National Ballet Academy of Amsterdam, the leading classical ballet school in the Netherlands, under the guidance of its artistic director, Ernst Meisner.
During his studies, Edgar had the opportunity to work with the Dutch National Ballet in the 2022/2023 season. He danced in The Sleeping Beauty, directed and choreographed by Sir Peter Wright. Edgar has participated in workshops focusing on neoclassical and modern dance, the genre of many contemporary choreographers such as Nacho Duato, Marco Goecke, Juanjo Arqués, William Forsythe and David Dawson.
In 2018, Edgar was the 1st prize winner of the Ciudad de Ribarroja del Turia International Competition in Valencia.
