MAXWELL DAVIES - BIOGRAPHY

Maxwell grew up in Kobe, Japan. He received a scholarship to study at ABS Tokyo Ballet School and joined the ABC-Tokyo Ballet Company. Maxwell portrayed several leading roles during his time in Tokyo e.g., Albrecht in Giselle, Siegfried and Rothbart in Swan Lake, Conrad in Le Corsaire and Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet.

At the 2022 Youth Grand Prix (YGP) competition in Japan he ranked among the top twelve dancers, and was invited to the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) competition. These awards earned him scholarships to the English National Ballet School and the Norwegian National Ballet School.
