The orchestra comes together for what should be an ordinary rehearsal. The instruments are ready, but the musicians bring far more than music stands and sheet music with them. Each of them is convinced of their own importance, while the conductor is seen less as a guide than as an obstacle to be endured. In this stage adaptation of Orchestra Rehearsal, Federico Fellini’s famous grotesque allegory unfolds with all its wit, tension, and biting irony. As the rehearsal progresses, the ensemble begins to resemble a society in miniature — restless, divided, full of grievances, competing opinions, and personal ambition. Everyone wants to make themselves heard, yet few are willing to listen. What begins as a routine gathering soon turns into a sharp and darkly comic reflection on authority, freedom, and the fragile possibility of harmony. And once order begins to collapse, one question becomes impossible to ignore: who truly sets the tone?

Fast-paced, absurd, and strikingly relevant, this is a production in which human ego resounds more loudly than any grand aria, and where silence can be more powerful than the full force of the orchestra.
