BARBORA ŠULCOVÁ - BIOGRAPHY

She was born in Karviná, Czech Republic. During 2004 and 2012 she studied at the Janáček Conservatory in Ostrava. In the 2012/2013 season she gained the engagement in the ballet of the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre. With the certainty and nature, she dances mainly the roles of the contemporary repertoire, for example in the choreography of Chaplinby Mario Schröder, she dances the character of Mother and one of the wives – the actress Paulette Goddard, and in the choreography Falling Angels by Jiří Kylián she performs one of the soloists of the seven dancers. She can use her passion and temperament well in Spanish dance in Swan Lake and in the role of Thin daughter of Stepmother in Cinderella.
