Can you imagine the Bible as a musical? The very first piece of the legendary British duo Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber is the story from the Old Testament about the patriarch Jacob and his twelve sons. The main character is Jacob's favourite son Joseph, whom the father prefers over the others. But when Josef receives a gift from his father, an amazing coat of many colours and he brags about it to his brothers, it is the final straw and they set a trap for him. This story was written in 1968 as a short show for a single school performance. During the following years this show has turned into the most performed musical in British history. The main part of the Storyteller is performed by Hana Fialová and Katarína Hasprová. You will have a unique opportunity to see a popular guest of the ensemble - Tomáš Savka in the role of the Pharaoh.
